Tiril has experience in strategic communication, finance and politics.

Tiril has a background as a local politician for the Liberal Party in Bærum and as an analyst in the Corporate Finance company ProCorp AS. In addition, she has consulting experience from the communications company Geelmuyden Kiese (GK). Here she worked with a wide range of customers, with the main emphasis on energy and finance.

Tiril has a master's degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, with exchange stays from both Fudan University in Shanghai, China, and Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy. She wrote a master's thesis in collaboration with Innovation Norway, focusing on the possible entry of Norwegian industrial companies into Iran, after the lifting of sanctions in 2016.

In Kruse Larsen, she assists customers with strategic positioning and community and government contact.
